This allows you to submit as many requests as you wish, and we prioritize working through them promptly. After submitting your requests, your dedicated Project Manager will review them to ensure all necessary details are available before assigning them to your design team.

By default, requests are completed in the order they are submitted on ZyadhAT. However, if you need to adjust the order, prioritize specific tasks, or make any changes, simply inform our Project Manager.

Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, entering your design team's queue in the order received. On average, you can expect designs or revisions within 24 hours with the Zyadh Graphics subscription, covering items like social media posts, web banners, and single-sided print designs. For the Zyadh Video subscription, anticipate receiving a 30-60 second video every 2-4 business days. If you have more complex tasks, we'll provide estimated completion times upon request.

With the Zyadh Graphics+Video subscription, turnarounds remain consistent. Graphics and videos have separate turnaround times, ensuring that they do not overlap. For example, if you have fewer graphic design requests one week, your video requests will still be completed at the usual rate, as it's the same team handling them, and vice versa.

As our collaboration progresses, and we become more familiar with your brand(s) and vision, the review and revision process becomes increasingly efficient. This allows you to complete a growing number of design projects while only paying our flat monthly fee."

Upon assessing your requirements, your Project Manager assigns your request to the most suitable designer for the job. Once a request is completed, we seamlessly move on to the next one.

We prioritize fulfilling your requests one at a time, following a first-requested, first-fulfilled approach. This ensures you receive what you need promptly. Should the priority of your requests change after submission, simply inform your project manager. They will pause active requests, if possible, and address the tasks that have become more time-sensitive.

Depending on your location, you'll be aligned with a team available online during the specified business hours from Monday to Friday. If your country is not mentioned, no need to worry! You'll be assigned to a team providing optimal coverage for your needs.

The designated coverage hours are:

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Kuwait, Saudi, and Qatar Time).

For the Zyadh Video and Zyadh Graphics Trials, here are the guidelines:

Zyadh Video Trial Overview:
- During your trial, make 1 request.
- 1 request equals 1 video, up to 15 seconds in length, with unlimited revisions within the 7-day trial.
- Designs during the trial will have a watermark.

Zyadh Graphics Trial Overview:
- During your trial, make 3 requests.
- 1 request equals 1 design (a single print or digital creative, or 2-3 pages of a multi-page/screen design, depending on content).
- Designs during the trial will have a watermark.

Certain requests are not fulfilled during Zyadh Graphics, Zyadh Video, or Zyadh Graphics + Video trials:
- Resizing of trial designs (Zyadh Graphics, Zyadh Graphics + Video)
- Logo designs (Zyadh Graphics, Zyadh Graphics + Video)
- Brand Mascot or Brand Character designs (Zyadh Graphics, Zyadh Graphics + Video)

Reasons for not fulfilling certain design requests during trials:
- These requests often come with vague creative briefs due to the absence of brand guidelines, making it challenging to provide satisfactory designs.
- Many clients requesting logos, mascots, and characters during the trial may be seeking complimentary branding work without recurring design needs.

Reasons for limiting certain design requests during trials:
- The trial aims to let clients thoroughly test our services, and limiting the complexity of requests ensures a more effective evaluation.
